Gurbaksh started The Chahal Foundation – a non-profit 501(c)3 registered organization that represents Limitless Dreams and Possibilities. It was also rebranded as Davinci Marketing Cloud – the same it was founded in order to expand its scope. The non-profit was launched on the thirty-second birthday of Chahal. He wished to bring something unique and valuable to the world that would carry his legacy forward. He planned on staying humble by meeting ordinary people. And The Chahal Foundation gave him the perfect opportunity to do so. He aimed to bring a positive change in society through this non-profit.

The organization initially worked on spreading awareness regarding the shootings at Wisconsin Sikh Temple in order to stop hate crimes like these. It also took adequate steps to improve education by providing scholarships and supporting disaster relief struggles.

• Creating awareness regarding social causes,
• Providing university mentorships and scholarships,
• Supporting disaster relief efforts,
• Improving the quality of educational facilities in third-world nations
• Building awareness regarding child sex trafficking in an attempt to eradicate it.
